I search and clear brand names, logos, slogans, and trade dress and register trademarks in the United States. I counsel clients on trademark matters, conducts trademark audits, draft and negotiate trademark license agreements, and complete trademark due diligence in transactional matters. 

I counsel clients on copyright matters and register copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office. I prepare copyright notices and use policies and draft and negotiate copyright license agreements. 

I prepare and negotiate intellectual property licenses. I also draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on protecting intellectual property rights, including independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, non-compete agreements, and employment agreements.
